We want you to be happy with your purchase from Brellux™. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Items returned outside of these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return using either option below:
Option 1 — Through Your Order Page (Recommended)
Log in to your account or access your order page through your order confirmation email.
Select the item you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Option 2 — Via Email
Contact us at info@brellux.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address.

Please do not send items back without submitting a return request first.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Arrived faulty
- Was the incorrect item
For faulty or incorrect products, we comply with applicable consumer laws and may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Brellux™ is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care/hygiene items (where applicable)
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless required by law)

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to complete a return request first.
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product
- The item must remain unused, with tags and original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless local laws require otherwise.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5 business days
