Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days.
During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and handed to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.


Where We Ship From

Orders are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre, allowing us to serve customers worldwide efficiently.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

United Kingdom, Asia, Australia, United States, EU

  • Standard Delivery: 8–20 business days from the date of order

Delivery time varies depending on courier capacity, customs clearance, and local postal services.


Duties & Taxes

All duties and taxes for UK orders are included in the purchase price.
You will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.


Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on courier scans.

You can track your parcel anytime via our tracking page.


Shipping Protection (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a small additional fee.
This covers:

  • Lost parcels
  • Damaged parcels
  • Items not received after courier investigation

If Shipping Protection is not purchased, Brellux™ is not responsible for lost or undelivered orders, and claims must be directed to the courier.


Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

If you’ve made an error, contact us urgently at support@brellux.com — changes can only be made before dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Packaging must remain intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
